5 Lug Brake Setups

I am looking at doing a 5 lug conversion to my DB7 and I have been trying to find out what the differences are between a USDM and JDM 98+. I know aboutt he 36mm axles used onthe 98 spec JDM but are the brakes discs also larger? I know they went up to the 16in wheels at that point and if that is the case how hard is it going to be to get replacement parts as in pads and discs in the states? Would I be better off going with a USDM conversion just for the availability of parts.

Lastly how about the ease of this conversion with respect to the mounting points and the compatibility of all the old components like the brake lines (If I was going to get SS lines woulf they be for a DC2 or a DB7?) and what do i need to make sure I have to make this work.
