sunvisor removal

Hello, this is my first truck i ever purchased so i wil enjoy reading all the post in this forum to learn from experience. I would like to remove the sunvisor (Lunn) from my 92 to it can be repainted. I know the elements takes its toll on it but now it will be sitting most of the time. Anyways, it has three large rivets looks like made out of plastic.. is there a proper way to remove these rivets. Thanks for your help

i have a different brand of sunvisor, but i don't think they are actually rivets, on mine they just cover up the screws, when i needed to tighten mine i just slid a screwdriver underneath it and poped it up, but just be careful cause useing a screwdriver caused a little damage on mine
