gr caravan 97 power seat problem

Let's try this again, i just wrote 3 paragraphs and my thread was never posted...

Is there a way to manually adjust the front-to-back position of a power seat without using the motor? I jammed up one of the brackets that holds the seat frame to the long screws running on each side of the seat.
