FUEL problem?? Need Help!!

Sometimes when im driven down the highway (60MPH) my car will start to sputter and slow down, when i push on the gas a little it does nothing, after a few seconds with the gas floored it will start driveing normal. It only does this every once in awhile.

No check engine lights so i dont know what to do. Could my injecters be getting crappy, or maybe the fuel pump?

How do i know if the fuel pump is going out?

I'd put a new fuel filter on it and go from there.
