Motor Mounts

Ok I have a bit of a problem i am trying to figure out. I have a civic which has new axels but when i hit about 80 or so its starts a weird vibration. Nothing major but its almost like the road has a bump every time the one part of the tire goes around. When i let go of the wheel it sdosnt pull to sides or shake. Another way to describe it as a sort of pull everytime. just some kind of bump jolt movement. I know the driver side wheel baring is loose but im not sure if thats my problem. Someone mentioned the it might be a motor mount but there isnt much movment there either. If anyone has any ideas or input would be greatly appreciated.
It also makes a weird movemnt when im slowing toa stop.

I'd get your wheels rebalanced and rotated and have your brakes checked. but like you said could also be the wheel bearings so check those too.
