Just take that our ouw and soak it ina tub of gas or CLR and it will probably clean it right out.
Find a uasble stock TII rad in good shape is hard to find now.

so then juss soak it? or like take it out and flush it a couple times with CLR, caz a dude told me to run it through the enigne as well to clean shit out the engine, but ive seen CLR work on tubs....so im kinda scetchy bout puttin it in my rotary bitch.... lol sry been watchin to much dave chappelle... but. soak or flush? and which would be better..gas or CLR and how do i get it all out... soapy water or what.....oooo also.. i found out like saturday or sumthin. everytime i empty my overflow tank... theres dirt in it.... i think that rad. has dirt or dust shit in it....lol

Well if you do CLD or gas only do that to your rad when it is out of the car. As they are flamable liquids so not a good thing to put through a running motor. :P
Since you need a rebuild anyway, just clean it all out when you rebuild it.
