upper a-arm bushings?

do the upper a-arm bushing have to be pressed in? i tried to pull mine out today and they wouldn't come out.

does nobody know what i'm talking about?

I do believe they are pressed in. You can probably drive the old out, and freeze the new ones before installation and get by without a press. Just guessing though. I need to do my own

Burn the old ones out, tap the new ones in (use a socket wedged in between the ears so they don't bend)

got them out. went to a friend of mine. used his lift and we had to pull the arms off and use a air hammer to get them out. they were in there very well. i don't think they would have ever popped out. didn't fix the truck though. the passager side was really bad. both deffinently needed to be changed.
