I have an 86 S12 notchback for sale. Is in really good road worthy condition. Has under 2000km on rebuit engine. the car is red on red/black int, 5 spd, rwd, pwr windows/mirrors/moonroof. car has 209,000 km on it. Perfect project car to perform skyline R34 conversion.

LOL thats one example of a car where the price to swap an RB is more than the cost of the car itself, not to mention the cost of the actual RB motor!

I hope your proud of yourself for making a comment like that. As a matter of fact R34 tailight fit quite nicely condsidering I had a pair and had to sell them and the headlight wouldn't be a problem. As far as the engines concerned, any RB or VG series engine will bolt up to the tranny. About gearing, the diffs are interchangable with Z31 so take your pic of Z-gearing. Put all this together and you have a 1800lb RWD S12 notchback pumping out 300-400 wheel HP.
