How do I fix error code:99- power management problem

Hello, I had my 1992 bonneville ssei connected to computer to check why my service engine light is coming on. the error codes are:
68 - Cruise System Problem
69 - high Pressure Switch Circuit
99- power management problem
Can someone please tell my what they mean and how or what to replace to fix it..Thanks in advance.
