Hello friends of AF!! After a good time without posting any topic, I will show the course of the project NoMother. It is treated of a Chevrolet Nomad 55 of AMT that will receive several current resources in mechanics terms, interior, design, etc.

Good, enough of conversation, we are going to the pictures.

This first picture is the original miniature.

In this picture we can verify that the columns of the front glass were already cut.

Here the roof separate from the bodywork.

Roof fit in the body, already cut.

Shaved body and fit in glass (the front glass will leave that position).

Hi,

looks good so far. Maybe a sectionning would be good now to bring the car in balance.

Small updatings in Nomother!

Now she is shaved (without knobs) I also removed the cover of fuel and the registrations "BelAir" of the rear, it is all flat, I just left the lateral frieze because I intend to do an extension in him.

The roof is already agglutinated, and I believe that ready for the painting, it is very even in the junctions, and the new front columns were perfect.

I liked the look a lot! Exactly the one that I wanted, now I will pass a base in the car to pass a single color to verify the imperfections, because I used plastic mass in several places and the difference of colors disturbs the visualization.

I took advantage that I was working with plastic mass and I arranged some fail in the injection of the truck, unhappily the kit is very old and it is noticed that the means used for his/her production are already quite obsolete.

PS: Excuse the pictures, but my digital camera is a true garbage, it doesn't possess the way macro to remove close pictures and much less auto-focus.

Excuse me for my horrible English :p

Very cool... are you gonna try and mate the stock windshield to fit that rake, or are you gonna try clear acetate?
