280ZX parting out everything!

I have a '83 280ZX 2+2. The engine needs new rings, but everything else is good. front fenders and hatch are the only body parts not rusted though. All mechanicals are fine though. Make an offer on anything you like, gearbox is good, block is good, intake manifold, turbo is good, I'm sure the pistons are fine, clutch is worn but usable, etc, etc. Suspension parts are mostly good too. I also live in michigan and im looking for a turbo engine to build in my spare time. I would really like to get the engine trans. driveshaft and rear-end but if the price is too high i can go with any combination of the parts.
post any info you can on the condition of the parts i just mentioned and ballpark a price for me.

Well As I said, the engine is totally fine, just needs new rings. The transmission I just replaced the gear oil in and it shifts pretty good. The driveshaft is fine. The differential, when I changed the gear oil in that, leaked out this black sludge, but is tons better since I changed it. The car has a new cap and rotor, coil, alternator, water pump, fan clutch, radiator hoses, oxygen sensor, spark wires, and platinum plugs. The turbo still pegs the boost gauge in the cockpit. all electronics work fine. I'll give ya the whole car for $750. I just need to get it out of my yard and I just need enough money to get another car, cause that was my only transportation.

The only thing I would like to keep are the rims... Call me or e-mail and I can give you more detailed info and locations, etc.
