95 voyager

I think I had a few problems.Van used to start like a dream. Then died,first fuel seemed an issue ( no gas at top of engine) replaced pump and filter, check relay and fuse, after this took to mechanic, told him it was likely a bad wire. He fixed, now it runs if it catches but that is now rarely (it seems this is similar to the problem at the beginning). Help I lost patience with this ages ago.
