engine swap

I've got a 87 7M-GE supra and i'm wanting to switch the motor out for a 2jZ-Gte what will i have to do to do that? is it worth it? or should i just get a 7M-Gte and be done with it? any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. oh and where can i find a clip with the engine and all for a reasonable price.
