GE Extended warranyt

Is it worth it?

I dropped my car off at the local BMW dealership on Friday, not at all expecting to receive it before saturday, but when tuesday rolled around and I heard nothing from them....I had to jump up and down to get a response...finding out that they first had to get PERMISSION from GE to do the repairs and he still had not been out to see the car, but has been on his way since Monday. All said and done even BMW had to put a disclaimer on the bill so if anything happened to the car they would not be responsible. They made recommendations to GE to change certain items that GE refused to do.....all I know is when the car was under factory warranty there was nothing they couldnt do for me, but now I have to call and beg to get any service...Not what I expected for 70K in car.

BTW....I purchased this plan through BMW per their recommendation.
