1999 E46 Engine fire?

I was offered a 1999 3 series sedan recently that had been involved in a small engine bay fire to be exact the fire was from the fuse box. The fire itself burnt the fuse box and some of the wiring harness. Basicaly the car needs a wiring harness and fuse box installed to run. My question to you guys on the forum is, is it worth it the guy only wants 10, 000 CAN for the car and it has 80, 000 kilometeres on it and as per everything else on the vehicle it is in great codition. If anyone has any advice or could give me some insight on what it would cost to have this fixed it would be much appreciated.

I just finished a 96 harness. Finding the correct harness was difficult as most have been damaged upon engine removal. You also really need to know what you're doing. Good luck
