It's a 2000 Cavalier 4d, and what would be options to add power to the windows, is it hard or pretty straight forward..thx

You can get power windows kits that hook up to your current window regulator and uses the pole that your crank used (this will leave a hole in your door that is hard to cover since the pole that the crank sits on sticks all the way through your door panel), or you can buy all four doors off a cavalier that already has power windows (and the switches with clips of the wire harness) and then you'll have to run the rest of the wires to correctly hook up the switches and motors and get power to them. I'd go with buying the doors, but if thats too expensive go with the power window kits.

The kits work pretty well. I used one on a Buick and it was easy to install.

Are the doors different between PW and non-PW? I would have thought just as a cost saving measure the doors would be the same just having different regulators. I was thinking it might be possible to just to to a junk yard and pick up the regulators and door panels and if you were really ambitious the wiring harnesses and switches. Maybe not...

As I stated in another post I got them off ebay. I bought the power locks, windows, and master switch from ebay and sold them the same way. If I were to do it over again, I'd go to a junk yard and use the doors so it will be more stock. The hard part is finding a junk yard that actually has what you need. Finding a 4 door Cavy with power options isn't easy. Only one junk yard around me has one, and they want an arm and a leg for parts since you can't go pull them yourself...they have to go get them for you. Not to mention it was a gold car and mine is white so I would have needed a paint job too. Good luck which ever road you take.
