89 mr2 engine swap + mods tips

I just bought a 89 mr2 4-age, stock. My plans are to drop in a 20v silvertop, and put on other things like cam gears, intake, flywheel, stuff like that, but I'd like to perhaps put a supercharger off a 4agze or maybe even un upgraded one. This is my first 'wack' a modding one of my cars so is anyone sees any discrepancies in the work I plan to do, or any advise, please let me know.
