Went to the track

I was bored today and decided to go to the track and see what I would run with my fucked up transmission and no tach.

I need to work on my 60’ but not bad considering it was my first time at the track with this car. Now keep in mind that my 3rd gear is broken and 4th is giving out. So I took it real slow on the 1-2 shift and suuuuuper slow on the 2-4 (yes, 2 to 4) shift because…well I don’t have a trailer!

I’m supposed to pick up my new transmission sometime this week. So with everything working good I hope I can at least pull some mid-high 14s.

I was just having problems launching with 225 street tires at 40psi. With a little more practice and playing around with the tire pressure, I think it’s possible to get a 2.1, no?
