1983 Civic 1500 head removal

Hello! I'm new to this forum, but not new to automotive mechanics... I have a 1983 Civic with the 1500 engine. With a blown head gasket! Anyway, how do you remove the intake / exhaust manifold bolts that you can barely see when looking through the opening in the center of the intake manifold when looking from the top at an angle?
