2001 dodge caravan asd blown fuse

Basically, I was driving the van and stopped at a store and when I went to leave in the van, the van would not start. Dead battery symptom. I managed to get the van home and found the 25 amp fuse blown for the ASD circuit. Code P1388 present in the Instrument Cluster. Besides taking it to a dealer, does anyone have any suggestions of where to start for diagnosing this concern.
