05 Plastic Door Changeout

One of the few things that bugs me about me new 05 Frontier SE 4x4 are the hard plastic doors. Any try or know if the 05 Pathfinder door panels would fit on the Frontier? They look identical but the Pathfinder has a faux leather upper that would fancy up the door plus the nicer power lock cover.
