figurin' this forum stuff out

quick question, lookin at a 75' vet, guy wants 5,290 told him 4,9 and said he'd do 5,0. what would you pay,.... 98,000 miles crappy 2hr... paint job but thats an easy fix... int looks real nice... drives nice too. ?
