turbo D series?

ok, Ive been doing some research and there are still a few things I dont know. It seems that it will be roughly the same price to turbo a D series or install a B16. However, some people say to turbo a D series you have to upgrade the internals, while others say you can safly hit 200whp on stock internals. I dont plan past 160-180, so woudl I be fine with a D series turbo?

if thats all you want then turbo D can be fine with it.
