Air Conditioning Blows Hot Air

I have a 1996 grand am gt. On both the A/C max and normal it only blows hot air. Checked freon level that is ok. Please help

Check your fuses and ac relay. Also check the electrical connectors on the ac lines high pressure and low pressure. Sounds like either an electrical problem or a bad compressor.

i have the 3.1l engine. Can you tell me were the ac relay is. also is the fuse for the ac located in the fuse panel. Thanks
