Fuel pump fuse blowing expl.ltd 94

Hi
I own a 94 explorer limited and it stall while I was driving it.
I checked the fuel pump fuse and it was burned. so I replace it and
it burn again and again and again..
Before replacing the fuel pump I want to know if there's somewhere else
I should look..

Pull the power connector off of the fuel pump. Clean the corrosion/dirt off and make sure it looks ok. Now, with the connector still UNplugged, replace the fuse and turn on the key. See if the fuse blows.
If it does, you have a short in the wiring or a bad relay before the pump power connector.
If it does not blow, leave the key on, and plug in the power connector. Fuse should blow if the pump is bad.
Repair accordingly.

is there a an openin where i can change the pump out with out droping the tank down?
