any ideas where to start?

it's been a while since I was last here, so first I'll give an update of all my caprice goings on.
I got the '87 running fairly well now. My alternator went, replaced that, she still needs some idle work. She may soon be for sale.
Tonight, 8.23, my dad dropped my other caprice ('86) in my driveway while I was gone. In December of 2002 the car was broadsided at an intersection. A Kia Sportage ran a stop sign and spun this car about 180 degrees. Here's my list of what needs to be done. I have no idea where to start. If anyone has any sort of suggestions, I'd appreciate them.
back driver's side door needs to be ripped off and put on the right way, auto window needs to be wired in correctly also
same side, quarter panel needs work...it's sort of dented in...there are some places that will just need filler and sanding, but there's also some major places.
the same side rocker panel needs to be replaced as well..
the roof needs some work as well it used to be a vinyl top, i stipped that, stripped the paint, I found some places rusted through
i suspect i need something done with the exhaust. I don't know for sure yet.
Right now she'll start and she'll run....the idle is rough, but it's there.
I think the brakes may also be shot.
I'm not sure what to make of the engine. It really didn't run for the past 3 years. but today she started right up. Definately needs all the fluids changed, air filter, oil filter. the general stuff.
the whole paint job is boaderline shot. i was told to throw a cheap coat of primer over all metal to prevent further rust. How will this work on top of old paint.
Once again all and any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks for reading

Personally with the price of gas and all the work that car needs, look for another one and use that one for parts. You could probably sell a lot of parts off it here to offset buying another car.

Are you sure the frame isn't bent?

Bob-
thanks for the input...you're probably right. however, i guess i failed to mention the sentimental attachment to her.
The frame is not bent. The one thing that is still intact.
Thanks for the replies.
