Transmission...

l wanna ask you guys,

my car has automotic transmission and it is moving from D to N and from N to D without pressing brake and without pressing the button.. l took my car to the dealer and they told me that it was normal.. and l told them that my wifes, car is not like that. and they told me that it is like that on sports cars.. and l said that l wanted to see on any others car this NORMAL stuatuion and l got on a corvette 99 and it was like that, same as mine..

you guys have firebird too.. is that the same on yours??

yes, everyones tranny does that on a sports car UNLESS they have a special shift kit. its made so u can manual shift the gears so u can wind up the engine with ease.

well sometimes l use it. when l go so fast, l put the gear on N so it wouldnt spend so much gas. it is a little bit dangerous, cuz, if l someting would happen immediately, to stop and control the car is extremely hard when the car is on N. but l am safe:D
