The best place to put it is on the refrigerator. They make great magnets for paperwork you want to display such as pics or or report cards (that's where mine is now). The other option is as close to the intake as you can get it. Make sure you disconnect your battery (neg side will work) for at least 15 min in the hope that if this thing might actually work, the computer can adjust for it properly....but don't hold your breath. Also the same goes for the "tornado" inside the air intake tube...don't waste your money (that one made matters worse)!!

Incase you still want to try it, the fuel line is inside the frame rail on the drivers side. I don't know what a fuel-master is, but it doesn't sound to promising. Hope I didn't bust your bubble.

The Fuelmaster is two magnets that when clamped (with 2 zip ties) over the fuel lien is supposed to change the ionic charge of the fuell to make it burn better, increasing yada..yada..yada!!! I got one really cheap on eBay a couple of years ago and didn't notice any differance in miledge or power.

I put one on a few years back and truthfully, it made a huge difference......my wallet was a lot lighter!!

That's why I buy my "ain't no big loss if it doesn't work" stuff on eBay at the lowest possible price. I think I paid about $5.00 for it.
