if you're referring to the 88-93 celica alltracs that were sold in the us, of course they're legal. if you're referring to 94+ gt4's from overseas, it will be a pita to get it approved for import and registered in the states.

Well, if I got one, then it would be 90-93. Just because the 95's I saw for sale on the net were going for 10k more then the previous generations. I just didn't know if they sold any over here or not. It seemed like a waste to me if they made US spec ones, given that the real reason they were made was just so Toyota could participate in the WRC. If they only had to make so many, then I thought that they migt not have bothered with US spec ones. Thanks for the info!:)
