The low beam headlites quit. High beams work. All fuses under the dash seam to be fine. Lights don't work with switch or the automatic light sensor. What can I do to fix them?

since both of them are out, I'd check a relay. I dont know off hand how the headlight relays work, but I would assume one would control the highs and one would do the lows. Check relays in the maxifuse center using a manual to find the right one, or by elimination.

Check the lighting control module. It is located under the dash panel to the very left , above the park pedal. It will swing down towards you, and you will need to pry the cover off. This module has two relays, and some logic for controlling the headlamps...including hi & lo circuitry. This module usually fails with the contacts temporarily welding themseves shut and draining the battery by keeping the headlights on.

It would be worth a try to check it out...since anything may happen with poor relays..

Also check the twilight sentinel, this seems to be also a source for errors with the lamps.

Nevertheless, before you start, check if there is power on the connectors of the lamps. Then go all the way (you will need a wiring diagram) and check all elements - switches, relays, fuses.

Checked my 93 LeSabre/ParkAve manual. It shows only the high beam/low beam switch in the circuit that could make a difference. Whether it's a connector contact or the switch is stuck in high beam position, you'll have to troubleshoot. That's the mechnical switch that the turn level links to down on steering column when you click up and down to switch beams.
