94 PA Ultra Hesitates when stepping on gas pedal

My 94 Ultra hesitates whenyou first step on the gas to get going. Otherwise OK. It has been suggested it is the mass airflow sensor. Anyone had any experience with those and where it might be located on the car? Mine is supercharged as well.
