1989 Accord Oil Pan leaking...help

I have a 1989 Accord LXi. I brought it to the mechanic to have him troubleshoot a check engine light, and he told me that I needed to replace my oil pan because it has rusted through. What I need to know is how difficult is it to change the oil pan? Do I have to remove major components or structures such as suspension and axles? Any help is truly appreciated. This is a great way to share information.

the only thing you should have to do is remove the B-Pipe exhaust. Than take out the 10mm's holding on the pan.
