what will win in a race my buds 1998 eagle talon tsi manual (stock) or my 2003 grand prix gt with mods (magnaflow exsahust, short ram air intake system, light tweaking on the throdle body) need a good opinion on this one.

i think that i should be able to take him, with my mods im pushing more hp and torque. The only thing that worries my is his manual transmision. Should i be worried? do i have a chance at winning? need your opinion plz, thanx.

all wheel drive turbo vs. fwd na

mmm, if he can drive u will probably lose

if your bud uses the awd to his advantage he's going to pull you from the launch and the turbo will probably finish u off.

Sorry but I had to vote you'd lose. I've seen a race at the dragstrip between a stock Eagle Talon TSI AWD and a stock GTP. The GTP only beat him by a nose in the 1/4.

A stock Talon TSI will pull consistent 15.0 1/4 mile times with a 0 - 60 foot time in a little under 2.0 seconds. Rip probably described it best.

Personally, I'd pass on it. You'll need better mods. Otherwise, good luck!
