fuel pump reset switch?

alright, my sister got my grandparents 94 concorde for a nice first car. she is an idiot and sure enough, slid it off the road within the first week. the car spun and wnet into a ditch backward and the front end then swung around and barely bumped a fence. the car was towed back to my house. my problem is that i made an attempt to start the car after making sure that nothing was drastically wrong with it. the car wont start. it has power, it turns over, but just wont get going from there. the only thing i could think of was a broken fuel line somewhere. while i was at work today i remembered that alot of cars now have an emergency fuel pump cut off switch that is engaged when the car is in an accident. i know that you have to reset the switch before the car will run again. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS CAR HAS THIS CUT OFF SWITCH AND/OR WHERE IT IS OR WOULD BE FOUND? thanks to anyone who can help!:banghead:

Ford's have an "intertia" switch that cuts off fuel in an accident. Unfortunately, Chrysler does not. Make sure the fuel pump is still working by having someone turn the key on (first find the fuel pump relay in the underhood fuse box) and feel it clicking. Or you can turn the key yourself and listen for the fuel pump to "hum" or prime itself for 2 seconds. If it clicks, then you have power going to the pump. If not, you have another problem(s).
