'89 Taurus door panel removal help needed!

Hey everybody, I'm trying to install new speakers into my friends '89 taurus, but we cant figure out how to get the door panels off!!! Very frustrating, been at it for a couple hours now....anyone have any tips/advice? We removed all the screws we could find, but the darn thing wouldnt budge. Thanks in advance!! -Devon
