740 IL timing belt change?

I recently bought a 740IL with 97,000 miles on it. It's a beautiful car and definitely seems to be well maintained. I had a mechanic look at it when I bought it and he suggested a few things which I did but overall he said it was in good shape. Still, sometimes I worry that this car could cost me a lot.
Does anyone know if there are special things that need to be done at 100,000 miles?
For example - a timing belt change? (And how much it would cost?)

740's dont have timming belts, they have DOHC chain driven cams. 100k you should need some 02 sensors, most likely suspension components and other things that wear out. 120k you should get an inspection 2 done.
