Hello everyone. could anyone help. I've changed the heads, the head gaskets, thermostat & gasket, temp sensor, the temp sending unit, intake gasket, breather gasket, and water pump seems to be working fine. I don't know what else to do. I'm a body man & done just about everything I know about cooling system. Can someone please help me?

Try flushing the radiator on the truck first and see if anything can be flushed out of the system. If the truck still overheats I would take the radiator off and take it to a radiator shop and ask them to do a flow check on the radiator. If it's limed up you'll probably need a new radiator.A pluged radiator is a engine killer for shure!

Thank you. That is one thing I didn't think of. But makes a lot of sense.
I will try that tomorrow.
