anyone ever tried....?

I just saw an ad for an Electric Supercharger made by Supernatural Performance. It's small and mounts between the air filter and the intake. They clain it provides 500cfm of cold air (with the cone filter)and a 10-15% hp gain @ high rpm. Anyone ever tried one of these? Anyone ever even heard of this before?
