cleaning stains outof the seats and the fun repair story

ok i got like windex and armor all stains on my seats i forgot about it and set the bottle on the seats wat would you guys use to get the stain out
ok sence the start of summer last day of auto tech i was goign to get the car inspected and went out started it up went inside came out ahh the thermostat is sh*t so my dads runing all over getting the parts and replaceing them to get it inspected we get the car all done i pass it hehe best part of auto tech lol my passanger side seat belt dont work but im replaceing them so i passed it lol we get it home next day i wanna drive it i do we get home its ok next day my raidiator is leaking out of the side and sence ive had the car i olny drove it one time :( fun fun fun lol
parts ive replaced sence i bought the car umm hood struts,every thing to do with brakes,struts,brake lines,new headliner,plastic trim stuff,steering wheel,tires,thermostat, radiators next probly theres tons more i just cant think of them lol

There is a drain on the right side... is that screwed in all the way?
