On a 98 camry 4 cyl. I am trying to find a way to disable the fuel pump to do a fuel injection cleaning. Is there a fuel pump relay or fuse? I can't seem to find any.

Normally, there is an access panel under the rear seat for the fuel pump power connection. Use that power connection to disable the pump. After you disable the pump, start and idle the engine until it quits to relieve the pressure in the fuel lines.

Take the gas cap off, it will relieve 90% of the pressure.

I don't believe that removing the cap from the fuel tank will have any affect. The high pressure fuel line is not vented into the tank. The fuel in the high-pressure line may bleed off into the tank over time, but removing the cap won't relieve the high pressure as found immediately after shut-off. The fuel line is supposed to hold pressure of 21 psi or greater for 5 minutes after engine shut-off - otherwise the pressure regulator or pump is defective.
