engine swap

ive looked everywhere on google...maybe i just missed it...but if someone could set me up with a list of shit i would NEED to swap to convert my 2001 SFI2200 AUTO to a 00-02 Z24 MANUAL engine that would be sweet. also if theres anything i can upgrade the ECU like a performance chip or flash the original.

sorry this has nothing to do with your question but your freakin car is sweet i have that same kit and everything but mine is white...is it fiberglass or urethane if it's urethane where did you find it

well thats not my exact car...thats a pic of one i found on the net...mine looks exact..like i mean exactly the same..but with a darker more metallic red paint...i dont know what that one is but my body kit is urethane...fiberglass would crack and chip too easy if it hit something or if something hit it...when i get my car out of the shop for the rest of the body work ill post some pics of it
