Car stalls out?

The car ran fine for a month, it did burn a little oil, but i put in some no-smoke and that took care of that. Then the fuel pump died, it would not power up, so i removed it and put in a new one, well not new but used from a junk yard. I let the car sit for a few weeks before i put in the pump, anyways it ran great for several hours.
Now the car stalls when i begin to give it gas, there now is a screeching sound coming from the fuel tank, and just as engine dies there is a sucking sound coming from the air intake.
The car starts up everytime, and seems like it will run in idel all day, but when i begin to give it gas the engine stalls about a 500ft down the road.
BTW it is a 93 Le baron v6 4-door.
I checked the fuels lines, fuel filter, removed the gas cap, checked fuel pump relay, nothing changed.
I have yet to check the fuel regulator, check the fuel pressure, E.G.R valve, Fuel injectors, catalytic converter.
In what order should i check these, also what is the most likly cause?

im not sure which to check but
EGR valve problems generally make your vehicle idle funky...sometimes a studder, sometimes it will act like a stuck throttle cable, sometimesit will idle fine...i know, i have a vacume leak somewhere in my EGR system.
id say check the regulator/pressure and try and grab a new or refubished fule pump... then maybe the relay.

I gave the car a fuel pressure check anyone know what the likely cause is now, regulator, EGR, Fuel pump again, Fuel injectors, caytalic converter, something else, or a combo?
When i started the car up the pressure shot up to 50 psi, i let it idel a bit and it stayed at 50, i reved the car a few times and each time i reved it the pressure would go a little above 50, and when i took my foot of the gas it would return to 50. At some point when i stepped on the gas the pressure dropped to 25 psi, now the car idels at 25 and sound a bit hesitent. Now when i reved the car the psi drop to 20, and would begin to sutter and sputter, when i took my foot off the gas the psi rose back to 25, and the sputtering would stop. After doing this a few times the psi dropped to 15 the engine would shake, and struggle to keep going, stepped on the gas again and it went down to 10, then i would hear a loud sucking sound coming from the air intake area and the engine died.
