Aftermarket Sunroof

Recently had aftermarket sliding sunroof installed in 04 coupe. Now have popping noise when going over larger bumps in road and also same noise when turning sharp. Sounds like coming from roof somewhere near window on drivers side. I think this may be due to added body flex after having sunroof installed. Any ideas on how to fix? Otherwise roof is nice and no leaks at all. Sunroof insaller is saying noise is coming from door and take back to dealer. Dealer said noise is coming from roof due to flexing.

Sounds like its not a good idea to put an aftermarket sun roof on the 2 door coupe. I wonder if the 4 door sedan would have the same problem. You might have to drop the headliner and see what structural integrity may have been compromised from the sun roof install.
