Jumping further

I recently made a bet with some friends that i would be able to jump 260cm by the end of the year, when my excuse from doing the napfa test ends. (because of pneuthorax) I dont think thats much, i can jump 240-250 cm now. But time is running out, and i cant go a fraction of an inch below 260, or i'll have something bad happen to me. So, any exercises that will train my jumping? Besides jumping up and down.

And a small question- I'm 15, 5'4 and 100 pounds or 46.5kg. Am i short? or small?

both.. ur short and small

im 15, 5' 5" and weigh 124... and im still... short and small...

do some squats and leg presses and calf raises... but when u do it, always try to accellerate through the push.. this helps explosiveness... even if the weight is going up at 1/2 a mph keep the frame of mind of excelerating the weight... this is how athletes are usually told to excersize...

maybe also try to run up some stairs... again, trying to accellerate on every step

Hell yeah! I may be tiny but i can run like mad. Anyway would drinking a litre of milk help me grow?

A day, i mean.

it could... but if ur parents are really short there isnt much hope for you to grow.. unless ur just late at hitting puberty...
