You could turbo it, that would run you anywhere from $1,000-$5,000. If you are seriously looking for power, then do some searches and see what other Galant people are doing. You need to have some type of plan. Pick a horsepower number you want to reach and go for it. You need to read read read.

well i have been looking for a long time now like i said i want to put a supercharger in it, i think thats better than a turbo isnt it? and not verry many ppl do as much as im planning to do with mine i fond engine rebuild parts for it that will make it so i can put n2o in it without ruening it. i dont know what i need to do tho

if you just want power power and money is no object buy like a new evo haha.. if you want to keep the galant maybe find a v6 engine/tranny outa a gtz if yours doesnt have one already.. youll get alot more power out of a v6 then I4.. Then maybe try and turbo the v6..

ive always learned turbo=import super=domestic...plus turbo chargers can get blow off valves and those are sick..you can also get a intake..new headers..and look on ebay for a performance chip that adds like 15-20hp for like $20..maybe lower it..but turbo is def hotter...look on other sites always for like modded galants cause theres sick stuff u can do

step 1. sell galant
step 2. buy skyline R34
see how easy that was!!!
a supercharger isnt necesarily any better than a turbo, it really depends on who you ask, the upside of a sc is theres no turbo lag,
and if you are planning on forced induction and N2O, i would def. say get a new motor, or at least have the internals proffesionally redone and strengthened etc.
