program grage door opener 05 solra sle?

How doyou program the grage door opner on the solra SLE 05? it has 3 buttons, I'm guessing you just hold the 2 outside buttons then program from there. Any one know for sure, and please don't tell me to go to the dealership.

Hold the existing garage door by the car button, hold for 20 seconds until it blinks then release, if You have digital rolling code opener then after this step You pull car into garage,another person has to hold the button on the garage door opener while pushing the middle car button twice, shoot me a direct e-mail for more info, upssnowman@comcast.net

I how are you I have a solara 99 and it have the 3 buttons like your to program the garage can you tell me if you program your and which method you use?
