Radio Problem

Got a little problem here. I got a cd player in my car. Sub and everything. The cd player just rescently just shut off all of a suden. The clock on the car doesnt work also. So i would think it was the fuse i changed it and still no power... Any ideas im leaving on a trip tomorow and i want music for my trip haha :P

short, ground problem, voltage..............could be anything. what does swapping in a different head unit tell you?

i had the same problem when i swapped out decks. it could be a bare wire. If you didnt cap all the wires that is the most likely problem.
