need help with widebody

hey i need hlep making a widebody kit for a civic coupe can anyone send a tutorial or info or even pictures of your model with wide body thanks

Hey man! Welcome to AF! There are a few ways. Body filler, cuttind the fenders and spacing them, then filling the gaps.

what kind of widebody kit are we talking here
fender flare like the ones mentioned above, wheel well extentions, w/b with wide door panels, if you give some more info i can help you

well lets start out with fender fares and stuff like that pretty much anyhting that has to deal widebody will help me

I use .020 and .030 styrene sheet for my widebodies and custom body work. I start out by gluing a strip to the wheel arch that will provide the platform for the rest of it. Then I go from there cutting shapes out of the styrene.

It takes a bit of thinking outside of the box to invent it.

well i have some strips like what your talking about maybe some pics and more advise becasue right now the only thing i can do right is mod in my front and rear bumpers and make lambo doors thats it i wanted to learn somthing new and hard like wide body

build a basic shape with styrene bits and pieces and then make it more round and built with putty(epoxy putty would be best). do some searches about widebodies, putty, styrene, plastic, and also look in the how-to depository. i was looking around in there earlier today and i remember seeing a how-to on making fender flares by appleseed.
