The AC works, but the outlets to not. I get air from the side outlets, but none from the center outlets. In addition air is coming from the defroster even though I do not have that button pushed.

I have the same problem. My dealer said that it was the air conditioning control unit and the part costs $1800 not counting labor. The labor sounded like it would be extensive as they need to completely dismantle the dash to make the repair. I am now researching to see if there are any less expensive remedies.
