First,I brought this car for a $1000 bucks, so i figured, why not.The body and interior is in great shape. Second, i brought the car knowing that the #3 cylinder had low compression.I took the head off and the cylinders look great, no scratches. Looked at head gasket and it also looked fine. So my assumtion is that its the valves or valve seals. I did notice that the spark plug did have oil on the threads, so im sure it must be valve related. When i drove the car before i took it apart, it ran fine, but once it warmed up, i would try to die when i would stop. Im not sure if this problem is related or not. Also, i notice the motor sounds different from what im used to, maybe because its a DOHC, but it sounds like a noise that would come from a bad alternator or bad water pump(like a whinning noise). If anyone has any info on any of these topics, please let me know. Thanks every
